fly away home

This is our 2nd year growing butterflies.
The boys love it.
It's inexpensive
easy
clean
and
just fascinating to watch.
We were excited to see that all 5 of our butterflies survived.
Last year we had a few "accidents" and if they weren't crippled or dead then
they needed to fly far away from our house and never come back.
Since it's not as new this year the boys did a lot better.
They all came out of their chrysalises over the weekend and since they only live
two short weeks, I like to set them free so they can enjoy a good life.
So it was time to release our beautiful Painted Lady's!
